Ummm…something tells me it didn’t really go down like that. But aren’t you glad we all don’t have to wear corsets, stockings and wool jackets in this summer heat anymore?
Well, since most of us are sticking with simple things for the glorious Fourth of July (like lying on the beach, backyard barbecues,or taking in the local fireworks), the pickings are slim this weekend. But don’t despair, there’s a few things afoot…
On Saturday, there’s the LeBlon Cachaca Tasting at Red, White and Brew in Margate, and on Sunday the Breakfast Car Show at the Silver Diner in Cherry Hill. And starting on the Fourth and running all week is the Cumberland County Fair at the Cumberland County Fairgrounds in Millville.
If you still have a hankering to cook, but your family doesn’t want the heat generated by your kitchen, take a cooking class!
