June has become of veritable plethora of restaurant weeks along the shore. For this weekend, you have the last few days of Flavor of Sea Isle, 7 Mile Restaurant Week and Cape May Restaurant Week. On Saturday, Ocean City Restaurant Week kicks off, and will run through June 15. And don’t sleep on Wildwood! Seriously, don’t sleep on Wildwood; the ‘w’s tend to dig into your skin. Wildwood’s restaurant week will begin on June 17.
Another weekend, another Greek festival to enjoy! This weekend, it’s the Greek Festival at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church on Mill Road in Egg Harbor Township. The festival opens today and runs through Sunday.
Saturday has a wonderful array of foodie events for you. The annual Kite and Color Festival at Buena Vista Camping Ground gives you a chance to enjoy some Indian munchies and to get totally covered in colored water and paint. The Fish Alley Festival in Sea Isle City may not offer either of those things, but plenty of food will be available. Same thing can be said (lots of food – no being doused with colors) for LBIfest in Brant Beach. In Galloway, it’s the annual Clambake, BBQ and Penny Auction at Peace Lutheran Church of Galloway on East Great Creek Road. If you haven’t gotten sick of Jersey strawberries (and how could that even be possible?), there’s the Strawberry Festival at South Vineland UMC on Main Street from 12PM to 5PM. For $7 per person, it’s all you can eat strawberry shortcake. And, not to forget Atlantic City, it’s Summer Sips and Bites with Chef Ron Ross at Vintage: A Wine Boutique in The Water Club from 4PM to 5PM. The cost is $49 per person.
On Saturday and Sunday, it’s the Summer Kick-Off Concert at Heritage Vineyards & Winery in Mullica Hill. The cost is $10 per person.

This is the weekend of the BIG, BIG NJ Seafood Festival in Belmar. The estimated size of last year’s crowd: 150,000. Yeow.
