SJ Hot Chefs Present…Cooking Demo with Keg & Kitchen in Westmont

It’s SJ Hot Chefs’ Farm to Fork Week this week, and I had the pleasure of getting into the kitchen at Keg & Kitchen in Westmont and watch as Kevin Meeker and Ian Flannigan put together a wonderful Jersey seafood chowder with corn and tomatoes. Even better, I videoed the whole thing and can show you how they put it together. This chowder will be part of their Farm to Fork Week menu, which runs through June 28. Take a took:
