Wednesday is Food Day!

You know who has been busy doing stuff? Slow Food South Jersey Shore, that’s who.

Don’t let the ‘slow’ in their name fool you; they have been buzzing around with activity. Sustainable dinners. Cooking demonstrations and discussions. And now, a whole day of events.

On Wednesday, it will be a Food Day full of events from 12PM to 7PM in Cape May Court House. And now, I’m going to step aside and let them tell you the whole schedule:

5:30PM “Menus and Memories From Punjab: Meals to Nourish Body and Soul” $5.00 Advance Reservations
Author Veronica Sidhu will prepare dishes from her book and give us a taste of one of the great cuisines of the world. ‘Rani’ will tell us of her culinary adventures in India and the health benefits of the spices used. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase copies of Rani’s books at a discount.
